I think it's AI, it's a breakthrough technology, but not the GPT Chat itself, it's the foundation on which a new model of business interactions will be built. It seems to me that AI technology will change even conservative areas like stonewalling, the selection process, analytics and customer experience will change. Also a quote from the article: "Microsoft has indicated that it plans to use OpenAI's natural and human-sounding chatbot ChatGPT to improve Microsoft's web search engine Bing."
What are your thoughts on this? Will the stonework not change? Customers won't have a more relevant search offer? Who will win the narrowly segmented businesses or the big players, of which there are not many in the market?
